Hourly Pay Scale (Based on Experience):
- 6 Months: $24.50/hr 1 Year: $25.00/hr 2 Years: $25.25/hr 3 Years: $25.50/hr
- 4 Years: $25.75/hr 5 Years: $26.00/hr 6 Years: $26.25/hr 7 Years: $26.50/hr
- 8 Years: $26.75/hr 9 Years: $27.00/hr 10 Years: $27.50/hr
- Weekly Earnings: Averages $1400 gross per week.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage yard hostling spotting and moving trailers safely on-site.
- Handle local short-haul reefer deliveries throughout the Sacramento and Bay Area.
- Schedule: Full-time hours. Weekend availability is required.
Job Requirements:
- Active Class A CDL.
- At least 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 12 months.
- Must live within 40 miles of Sacramento.
