Local CDL-A Truck Driver

We are seeking professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a high-paying dedicated local lane. This position offers stable miles predictable lanes and the ability to be home daily. Drivers will handle dedicated deliveries across Virginia and West Virginia.

• Average Weekly Gross: $1450
• Annual Earning Potential: $75000 for top performers
• Sign-On Bonus: $2500
• Activity-Based Additional Pay:
  • $55 per full trailer unload
  • $20 per stop (includes the first stop)
• Experience-Based Base Pay (CPM):
  • 012 Months: $0.53 CPM
  • 1236 Months: $0.55 CPM
  • 3760 Months: $0.56 CPM
  • 61 Months: $0.58 CPM

• Home Time: Home Daily
• Schedule: schedules primarily require nights and weekends.
• Running Area: Dedicated deliveries to VA and WV
• Weekly Volume: Average of 4 loads per week (2000 miles); average length of haul is 490 miles.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle.
• Manage freight unloading using a powered pallet jack (comprehensive training provided).
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
• Availability: Must be able to work overnight shifts weekends.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with freight unloading using provided power equipment.
