Intermodal is hiring CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal position operating within a 150-mile radius of St. Paul Minnesota. This opportunity offers daily home time consistent freight excellent benefits and the chance to earn additional incentives throughout the year.

• Average Annual Earnings: $80000 - $85000
• Pay Rate: $0.48 - $0.53 CPM
• Average Weekly Miles: 1175
• New drivers average $1403 per week during their first 3-6 months while learning the position
• $5000 Sign-On Bonus
• Safety Bonus: Up to $1000 annually

• Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday
• Start Time: 5:00 PM
• Average Work Week: 50 hours
• Typical Schedule: Five 10-hour shifts
• Additional hours may be required based on customer needs

Drivers will operate within a 150-mile radius of St. Paul MN hauling intermodal containers throughout the local market.

• Possibility of hauling loads containing alcohol or pork products

• Slip Seating Required When Operationally Necessary
• Drivers park tractors and personal vehicles at the terminal

Eligible after 90 days of service for:

• Christmas

Drivers are not required to work holidays. Scheduling surrounding holidays is handled on a first-come first-served basis.

PTO begins accruing on your first day:

• New Hires: 12 days annually
• 1 Years: 16 days annually
• 6 Years: 21 days annually
• 14 Years: 24 days annually
• 19 Years: 26 days annually
