Home EVERY day. Local shuttle work in Phoenix for a dedicated

bakery account roughly 7 miles between the plant and the

distribution center. Night shift hourly pay plus unload pay and

youre back at the house every morning. 2 seats open.

THE POSITION

- Freight: dedicated dry bakery product

- Route: local shuttle plant to DC approx. 7 miles each way

- Yard hostling required at both locations

- You are responsible for sealing and securing each trailer

before shuttling

- Occasional local delivery run when the plant is caught up

- Solo only (no teams on this account)

- Equipment: liftgate trailers bread stacks on wheels

- Live load full hand unload this is a physical job

PAY

- $21.50 per hour to start

- $45 per stop unload pay

- Average $1300 per week

- Weekly direct deposit

- Approx. 1000 miles per week

HOME TIME

- HOME DAILY

SCHEDULE

- NIGHT shift

- Weekend work required

- Holidays: off Thanksgiving and Christmas. All other holidays

are subject to work depending on the day they fall on.

- Split days off possible

- Extra work days available if you want them

- Better days off become available as you gain seniority on the

account

- Must live within 50 miles of ZIP 85043 (Phoenix AZ)

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF ABOUT THIS PART

This account is a critical link in the customers operation one

accident or delay can shut the plant down so safety expectations

are high. You will hand-unload bread trays and carts and run a

liftgate. Backing areas are tight. You will be driving at night.

If thats not what you want this isnt your seat. If it is the

pay is consistent the customer and onsite staff are genuinely

supportive you park your personal vehicle onsite and you go

home every morning.

ORIENTATION

- Virtual orientation available typically 30 minutes to 2 hours

- Road test and safety review required on select applications

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

AGE & LICENSE

- 21 years or older

- Valid Class A CDL

- Must have held a U.S. drivers license the last 12 consecutive months

- Current DOT medical card (new DOT physical required at hire)

- No endorsements required for this position

EXPERIENCE one of the following

- 6 months OTR experience within the last 12 months OR

- 12 months OTR experience within the last 5 years

- Experienced drivers only no trainees or recent graduates on

this account

DRIVING RECORD

- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months

- Speeding 30 MPH over automatic disqualification for 3 years

- Original ticket copies required for all citations in the last 3 years

ACCIDENTS

- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 2 years

- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

- No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 2 years

- Preventable rear-end accident 1 year disqualification

- Accident reports required for ALL accidents in the last 5 years

WORK HISTORY

- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months

- No more than 1 safety-related termination in the last 5 years

DUI / DWI

- No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle ever

- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years while holding a CDL or CLP

- No DUI/DWI in the 5 years before obtaining your CDL or CLP

- No multiple DUI/DWIs

DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING

- No failed or refused drug tests no exceptions

- Hair AND urine testing required both must be passed

- No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years

CRIMINAL HISTORY

- Violence theft drug and sex-related offenses reviewed individually
