Keep our most-seen spaces guest-ready. As a Lobby Attendant youre the first impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

What youll do:

• Clean and maintain public spaces: lobby elevators public restrooms fitness center and pool areas
• Push a cleaning cart and use equipment to mop vacuum and wipe down surfaces
• Keep high-traffic areas spotless and stocked throughout your shift
• Respond to spills and guest requests promptly

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required as needed

What youll need:

• Ability to stay on your feet for the full shift
• Able to push a cart reach bend and lift as the job requires
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment (mop vacuum etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean welcoming space
• Reliable and guest-focused

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel operations local attractions and tourist services.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand walk and lift objects for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
