Lobby Attendant

• You will be the first impression of our hotel ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
• Your daily tasks will include greeting guests keeping the lobby clean and organized and providing assistance as needed.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• A career as a lobby attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry such as front desk agent concierge or even a management position in hotel operations.

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
• A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellenceby showing a warm smile friendly personality and positive attitude.

This position may require a varied schedule including evenings nights weekends and holidays. Please share your scheduling needs.
