Loan Support Analyst (Commercial Participated Servicing)

Core hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am ET - 5:00 pm ET
The Loan Support Analyst is responsible for managing a shared group mailbox that receives communications from agent banks regarding participated loan transactions. Throughout the day the analyst reviews and analyzes incoming notices to identify key details including impacted customers effective dates and transaction types. Once identified notices are accurately filed and documented to support efficient downstream processing.
The Loan Support Analyst must accurately identify transaction activity such as advances rollovers conversions principal payments interest payments and various fee-related notices. The role is responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of advance activity through a SharePoint-based advance tracking log. High-priority transactions and time-sensitive notices are promptly escalated to Loan Administrators (LAs) through email notifications. Throughout the day the analyst balances multiple priorities maintains organized records and helps ensure that critical loan information is routed accurately and efficiently to the appropriate teams.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail organizational skills the ability to interpret loan notices accurately and a commitment to maintaining high-quality records in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive dependable and capable of making sound decisions when prioritizing work and escalating time-sensitive items.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing.
Strong analytical reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

- Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for large complex and sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
