Loan Servicing Flex Specialist

The Loan Servicing Flex Specialist supports the Loan Servicing and Loan Setup teams. The role requires an experienced detailed oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a broad range of loan setup servicing and maintenance activities for mortgage commercial and consumer loan position supports a hybrid on-site/remote RESPONSIBILITIESProcess loan payments and other financial transitions accurately efficiently and in accordance with established verify and process payoff quote requests received from internal and external a comprehensive working knowledge of servicing requirements across all loan participation loan payments and disbursements including interest calculations and research and resolve discrepancies with partner to internal and external customer inquiries through the phone queue CRM email and other communication channels in a professional accurate and service-focused and promptly board commercial loans to the CORE system and review commercial loan setup completed by other team members to ensure required fields are complete and commercial loan modifications and related updates and review modifications processed by other team members to confirm accuracy and the monthly SBA remittance process for all SBA-guaranteed RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with departmental projects operational initiatives and tasks assigned by flexible support to the Loan Servicing and Loan Setup teams based on business needs and workload to five years of loan operations experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and sound analytical judgement strong attention to detail and ability to review and interpret legal and loan documentation for effective verbal and written communication skills understand debit and credit to recognize irregular or suspicious transactions and take appropriate steps or action to prevent loss to the Bank or its with general PC applications including Microsoft Word and good quality communication and interpersonal skills internal partners and external professionals.
