Loan Processor

There is a currently an urgent need for a Loan Processor with extensive experience in the mortgage loan industry to join a stable organization located near Newport Beach CA. Job Description:

Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers

Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.

Input proper loan information into the system for processing.

Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting

Order and coordinate loan documents.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have CURRENT experience working as a Loan Processor in the mortgage loan industry
• 2 years of successful experience as a Loan Processor processing and underwriting mortgages loans using Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter systems.
• Experience working with VA and FHA loans.
• Knowledge with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines
• Come from working in a local mortgage company a PLUS
