Magee Financial a trusted regional lender for over 70 years is looking for a dynamicresults-driven Loan Officer to join our team. We want someone with theconfidence and skill to hit the ground runningfinding customers originatingloans and collecting with professionalismwhile bringing energy enthusiasmand a commitment to learning and growth.

We make and service both consumer installment and real estate loans andwere building a team of top performers who know how to work hard have funand succeed together.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance lending or a high-performance sales environment
• Excellent people skills able to connect quickly build trust and maintain strong relationships
• Outgoing confident and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Willingness to learn adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with loan collections and proactive customer outreachin the field on the phone and in person
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close consumer and real estate loans
• Proactively seek new business and develop a dependable loan portfolio
• Collect and service loans in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Adobe
• Experience with or ability to learn loan management systems quickly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive team-focused attitude with a drive for results
