Track loan progress and follow up on pending applications
Provide customer support and guide applicants through the loan process
Coordinate with loan officers underwriters title companies and appraisers
Maintain accurate records and update loan tracking systems
Qualifications:

Previous experience in loan processing mortgage banking or related field preferred
