The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience operating a front end loader in a Concrete Yard
Ability to partner with other team members to execute per plan specifications
Knowledge of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment (Oil changes replacing hydraulic lines greasing etc.)
Willingness to learn
Valid Driver License

All necessary tools and equipment needed for the job are supplied.
