We are looking for an experienced Load Planner to support our Dispatch and Equipment Control operations at our Detroit MI Facility!

Location: 7650 Melville Street Detroit MI. 48209

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Pay rate: $25/hr

Primary responsibilities of a Terminal Support Coordinator include (but are not limited to):

• Entering customer orders into the computer system
• Report and advise customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise
• Printing order and and coordinating the daily schedule for dispatch and equipment control
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone email fax etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail etc.)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Organizational skills.
