Job Summary

LMHA Contract Monitor Analyst

The LMHA CQI Coordinator supports and advances Continuous Quality Improvement activities for mental health and substance use services in accordance with HHSC Medicaid and applicable federal and state requirements. This position focuses on improving access service delivery clinical outcomes and compliance across adult youth and crisis services. The coordinator collaborates with clinical leadership operations and external stakeholders to ensure quality safety and effectiveness of behavioral health services.

Minimum Education:Associate degree

Defined Education: Business Legal Administration Healthcare or a closely related field

Preferences: Bachelors degree in public administration Business Administration Finance Legal Studies Healthcare Administration

Substitutions: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered including a High School Diploma/GED with a Paralegal Certificate and 2 years experience in a legal compliance or administrative environment

Years Experience: Up to two (2) years of relevant experience

Defined Experience: Experience in contract development and negotiation financial oversight compliance monitoring auditing legal matters data-driven project or program management OR evaluation of program or project performance

License/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required

Special Courses: None

Supervisory Experience: None
