Job Summary:
Responsible for performing Criminal/Civil Background Screenings and Diligent Search in accordance with Chaptersand Department of Children and Families Policy.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as primary contact for Live Scan clients; includes the scheduling of appointments and physical process of capturing fingerprints
  • Collects any necessary documentation personal information live scan data or fees required for administration of Livescan and other pertinent background screening services.
  • Assist in Diligent Searches
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.

Experience: Four years computer work experience required. Law or Criminal Justice knowledge preferred.

Licensure Certification and/or Registration: Valid drivers license.

  • Clear a Level II Background screening (Live Scan) in which your fingerprints will be used to conduct the screening. Please see the link with further details:
