This unique part-time position (25 hours per week) includes a private apartment with a separate entrance providing comfortable independent living accommodations while offering a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of housekeeping including dusting vacuuming mopping sanitizing and maintaining a consistently clean and organized home.
• Manage household laundry including washing folding ironing and caring for fine clothing linens and specialty fabrics.
• Ensure the residence remains beautifully maintained and guest-ready at all times.
• Assist with household organization and seasonal projects as needed.
• Occasionally supervise visiting children of extended family members.
• Provide driving assistance for household errands or appointments when needed.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with the family regarding household needs and priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper in a private residence is required.
• Excellent professional references.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience caring for luxury garments delicate fabrics and quality household linens.
• Previous childcare experience with excellent references.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional dependable trustworthy and able to maintain complete confidentiality.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable around horses and household pets.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Salary & Benefits

• $40000 annual salary for a 25-hour workweek
