Job Summary
We are hiring a Scenic Tech 2 to support scenic fabrication repairs installation and seasonal production at Six Flags Over Texas.
This is a seasonal role and has a payrate between $15-$18/hour.
Responsibilities include:
Executing scenic builds and repairs with limited supervision
Assisting with structural scenic work platforms and custom elements
Painting finishing and detail work
Support event transitions including Fright Fest and holiday overlays
Helping solve field adjustments during installs
Ideal candidates have:
Confidence with hand and power tools
Fabrication or carpentry experience
Practical problem-solving ability
Scenic theater exhibit event or themed build experience preferred
This role fits someone who works well in a changing environment can adapt quickly and enjoys building projects that directly impact guest experience.
