In our National Nurse Residency Program you will function as a direct clinical care RN Resident nurse developing essential knowledge skills and behaviors as you transition into practice. You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. (February 2027 Cohort)

• Associates Degree In Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
