Location: Towson MD Full-time on-site position in a professional office environment where youll collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff every day.

Note: To be considered candidates must have at least 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience. Litigation experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation from case intake through trial.
• Draft prepare and organize pleadings motions discovery requests and other legal documents.
• Obtain review summarize and organize medical records accident reports and case documentation.
• Maintain litigation calendars deadlines and case files with exceptional accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients courts medical providers experts and opposing counsel.
• Prepare hearing deposition mediation and trial materials.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
• Ensure timely filings and maintain organized compliant case documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience required.
• Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings motions and discovery.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Associate degree required.
• Paralegal certificate or legal studies education preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
