The Litigation Paralegal partners closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from start to finish. This role is responsible for handling a high-volume caseload maintaining client and stakeholder communication drafting legal documents and coordinating filings in state and federal courts.
Day-to-day work includes organizing case files reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records managing deadlines and calendars and supporting all phases of trial preparation. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping cases organized compliant and moving forward efficiently.
Ideal candidates have 35 years of personal injury litigation experience are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or 35 years of relevant litigation experience
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
- Strong organization attention to detail accuracy in data entry and documentation
Preferred:
- 2 years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred
- Experience supporting cases through litigation including filings and trial preparation

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client communication across phone email text and meetings
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload through litigation
- Communicate with opposing counsel courts insurers and lien holders
- Draft legal documents including discovery motions and notices
- Handle electronic filings in state and federal courts
- Review medical and billing records; prepare summaries
- Assist with trial preparation (jury instructions exhibits depositions)
- Organize client files and case documentation
- Manage calendars for hearings depositions and deadlines
