Litigation Paralegal

An outstanding full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Santa Ana CA area for a Litigation Paralegal with experience in product liability and litigation. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical benefits 401k PTO and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3 years of Product Liability (Corporate side) and General Litigation practice experience with heavy emphasis on Trial
• Experience Under Attorney supervision: Drafting Editing Cite-checking conforming and assisting in all stages of trial law preparing legal documents including: Case documents exhibits for basic pleadings subpoenas discovery depositions hearings mediations arbitrations trials and other proceedings is a MUST
• Ability to provide excellent support to attorneys and trial teams including managing trial logistics exhibits deposition designations etc. is a MUST
• Effectively coordinating witness expert witnesses and multi-party depositions and as needed with Trial Services and the County Clerk is a MUST
• Experience with CloudNine Concordance software is a PLUS
• Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certification is a PLUS
