Litigation Paralegal

Bremer Whyte Brown & OMeara LLP is seeking a reliable and certified paralegal. Our paralegals work directly with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases involved in fact-finding projects and responsible for developing and maintaining organization of case files. This position will also include some secretarial and/or administrative duties.

Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:

• Create reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests
• Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments motions and other case filings
• Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes
• Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases
• Review analyze summarize and organize case files documents discovery etc.
• Assist in preparing and organizing subpoenas or other formal requests for documents
• Proficiency in MS Word Excel Outlook court e-filing systems Adobe

A qualified candidate must be extremely detail oriented self-motivated reliable and able to work as a team player in a professional environment. Candidates should have sharp attention to detail an ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment a professional demeanor able to meet deadlines along with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
