- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials hearings and depositions by organizing and managing case files and evidence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies and motions.
- Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings motions affidavits and subpoenas.
- Coordinate with clients witnesses and court officials to schedule interviews depositions and court appearances.
- Maintain and update case management databases to ensure accurate tracking of case progress and deadlines.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in litigation support or as a paralegal in a law firm.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
