Job Summary

Fish & Richardson an AmLaw 65 global IP firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Team Lead to deliver high-quality litigation and administrative support and elevate team performance across its case teams and offices.

This role is ideal for a proactive detail-oriented leader who leverages deep litigation expertise to translate complexity into structured execution guide and develop team talent and ensure seamless case progression with precision efficiency and uncompromising quality from inception through resolution.

The role in action:

  • Lead and elevate paralegal team performance by developing procedures mentoring team members and driving consistent high-quality work across case teams.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal partners and external stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure seamless case execution.
  • Own end-to-end case management including repository creation document organization filings and ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage complex litigation logistics including calendars depositions expert coordination and trial preparation with precision and accountability.
  • Deliver operational excellence across the litigation lifecycle supporting discovery document quality billing accuracy and continuous process improvement.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Bring 8 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment as a Litigation Assistant/Paralegal with a focus on legal services delivery.
  • Hold an associates degree or higher in paralegal studies legal administration or a related field or 3 years of on-the-job experience in a legal environment preferably in litigation or case management in the professional services industry.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication critical thinking and organizational discipline along with proven ability to mentor others build strong relationships and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
