Litigation Paralegal Houston TX (Hybrid)

We are working with a nationally recognizedLaw Firm to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their Houston office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who wants to operate at a high level supporting complex commercial defense construction litigation and personal injury defense matters.

The team is collaborative detail-oriented and fast-paced offering strong exposure across the full litigation lifecycle from pre-claim investigation through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from pre-claim investigation through trial and post-trial
Draft and file legal documents including pleadings motions subpoenas and discovery materials
Manage state and federal court filings ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Maintain and track case calendars including hearings deadlines and procedural timelines
Oversee document production processes including review redaction and Bates labeling
Utilize eDiscovery platforms (including Relativity) to manage large-scale document review and production
Organize and maintain case files deposition materials and trial binders (physical and electronic)
Conduct legal research and cite-checking using tools such as Westlaw
Coordinate depositions hearings mediations and trial logistics
Assist with trial preparation including exhibit lists deposition designations and briefing materials

Qualifications:
5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
Strong experience with discovery filings and trial preparation
Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity preferred)
Solid understanding of federal and state court procedures
Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Proactive ownership-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
