Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury practice Our client seeking a highly organized self-driven professional to join a collaborative boutique law firm where youll play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex litigation matters.

What Youll Do

• Draft and file pleadings motions and discovery responses for an active litigation caseload.
• Independently manage approximately 3540 litigation files ensuring deadlines court calendars and case milestones are met.
• Coordinate with attorneys courts opposing counsel expert witnesses and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide in-court trial support when needed.
• Assist with pre-litigation matters as required.
• Work closely with two attorneys in a close-knit team where your contributions have a direct impact on client success.

What Were Looking For

• 510 years of litigation paralegal experience with 57 years in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage 30 active litigation files.
• Strong experience with trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings motions and discovery documents.
• Experience managing litigation deadlines and court calendars.
• Familiarity with Colorado civil procedure and state court filings is highly preferred.
• Experience using Filevine is a plus.
• Paralegal certificate or Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
• Highly organized proactive client-focused and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a boutique or small law firm is a strong advantage
