Location: Atlanta Georgia. Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week. Relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex civil litigation from case inception through trial.
• Manage discovery document review and document productions.
• Draft and proofread pleadings discovery requests and responses subpoenas and legal correspondence.
• Prepare deposition summaries trial binders exhibit lists and witness files.
• Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw LexisNexis PACER and other legal research tools.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation hearings legal research and brief organization.
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor critical court deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients experts opposing counsel and litigation vendors.
• Organize case files and provide proactive litigation support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of civil litigation defense paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting litigation in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures discovery and trial preparation.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Experience with Westlaw LexisNexis PACER and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational communication writing and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
