Were seeking candidates with 2 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience who can work in our Berkeley office three days per week. Class action experience is a plus but not required. We welcome motivated legal professionals looking to grow their careers!

Job Description

As our Litigation Paralegal youll play an important role in keeping cases moving forward while supporting attorneys on complex litigation matters.

• Prepare format proofread and organize legal briefs pleadings and court documents.
• Assist with federal and state court e-filing deadline tracking and case management.
• Support deposition preparation including organizing exhibits and case materials.
• Cite-check legal documents assist with Bluebook formatting and ensure accuracy.
• Help attorneys prepare for hearings and oral arguments.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and confidential client information.
• Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues to keep litigation projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Federal court e-filing Bluebook or complex litigation experience is a plus.
