Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation and resolution.
- Draft proofread and prepare pleadings subpoenas discovery responses and deposition summaries.
- Conduct legal research and manage document workflows using Westlaw LexisNexis PACER and e-discovery platforms.
- Assemble digital and paper trial binders exhibit lists and witness files.
- Monitor court dockets manage calendar deadlines and execute state/federal filings.
Qualifications Required
- Experience: 4 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment (general civil litigation required; employment law exposure preferred).
- Education: Bachelors degree and a Paralegal Certificate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with PACER Westlaw/LexisNexis e-discovery software and MS Office.
