Oklahoma Bar required No billable hours $130K$170K total comp Uncapped origination bonus
$130000 $170000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS UNCAPPED PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firms fee at resolution on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.
This role sits inside our Tulsa office. Youll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact legal and logistical issues managing cases from the claim process through trial. Our commitment to each client is a top daily priority and were looking for attorneys who share that same dedication.

Team lead: Guide and support a group of attorneys day-to-day
Department head: Own strategy and performance across a practice area

WHAT YOULL DO
- Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
- Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
- Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
- Draft correspondence pleadings discovery requests and responses settlement agreements and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Represent clients in mediations arbitrations and jury trials
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Active Oklahoma Bar license required
- At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
- Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational prioritization and time-management skills
- Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service
- Outstanding written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
