Litigation Attorney

An outstanding full-time opening has become available at a highly reputable law firm in the Santa Ana CA area for a Litigation Attorney with experience in Business/Corporate litigation. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including insurance benefits 401k PTO and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 2 years of Corporate Litigation experience with heavy emphasis on Motion practice Written Discovery Depositions Pleadings Legal Research Trial/preparation (1^st or 2^nd chair) etc. is a MUST
• Strong experience litigating Employment disputes (employer side) including Wrongful Termination Allegations Wage Disputes Discrimination and Harassment etc. is a MUST
• Demonstrated experience litigating issues involving Trade Secrets Corporate Dissolutions Non-Competition issues Shareholder disputes Corporate Governance Breach of Fiduciary Duty or Fraudulent Transfers etc. is a MUST
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School with California Bar admission REQUIRED
