Location: Orlando Florida This is a full-time on-site position where youll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. This position is not open to remote hybrid relocation in-house or solo practice candidates.

Job Description

• Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation including consumer protection privacy insurance and class action matters.
• Manage cases from initial investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
• Participate in depositions hearings mediations and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel and experts.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on high-profile litigation matters.
• Help identify and develop new litigation opportunities when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced litigation practice.
• Class action consumer protection insurance litigation or complex commercial litigation experience is a plus.
