Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our busy Minneapolis-based products liability and toxic tort litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and an interest in product liability or toxic tort defense work along with strong verbal and written communication skills and good academic credentials. The candidate must be a self-starter possess the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paces environment. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. Minnesota admission required. North Dakota and/or Wisconsin admission or eligibility preferred. This is a hybrid position with flexibility on the number of in-office days per week.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of defense litigation experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of products liability toxic tort and/or general liability law preferred
• Must be admitted to practice in MN
