What You Will Do

• Manage a diverse caseload including complex litigation matters ensuring timely and effective case resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings motions and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations advocating for their best interests.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments to provide informed counsel to clients.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 715 years of experience in litigation with a strong track record of success in the courtroom.
• Active admission to the Texas bar and in good standing with a comprehensive understanding of Texas legal statutes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.

Preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced law firm environment demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods enhancing case resolution strategies.
• A network of professional relationships within the Texas legal community providing additional resources and insights.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $220K reflecting the firms commitment to attracting top talent. Additionally there are opportunities for non-equity partnership and an of counsel track for career advancement.
