Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. We are seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a genuine interest in construction litigation. Prior construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description

• Manage litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft review and argue motions in state courts.
• Conduct depositions of parties witnesses and expert witnesses.
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys and clients.
• Perform legal research and prepare persuasive legal briefs.
• Participate in mediations settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with clients experts and insurance professionals.
• Manage discovery case deadlines and court filings.
• Mentor junior team members as your experience grows.
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license required.
• 2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting motions and managing litigation files.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Construction litigation experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice.
