Previous lead or supervisoryexperience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Excellent oral and written communication ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with little skills of coordinating & directing activities of problem solver. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information alternative solutions works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional skills: focuses on solving conflict not blaming; maintains confidentiality listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control remains open to others ideas and tries new be able to think independently and be exercise good with MS Office: Word Excel & to learn new computer programs and complex procedures in a highly customized dynamic multi-tasking work environment.
