We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team atDermott City Nursing Home in Dermott AR. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and care plans.
• Monitor and record patients vital signs symptoms and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and eating.
• Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident status.
• Adhere to all safety infection control and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate approach towards elderly and vulnerable populations.
• Basic computer skills to maintain electronic health records.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks as required.
