Job Summary
The teachers aide provides support to classroom teachers. They assist with a variety of functions including implementing instructional programs assessing student performance and other tasks as needed by the instructor.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child.
- Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
- Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their childs development and any changes to the regular day-to-day schedule.
- Perform other related duties
