Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalize and customize instruction to best personalize learners needs in grades 1-5.
• Develop learning experiences to fill learning gaps.
• Promote the best interests of each child in their classroom.
• Use appropriate technology in support of the curriculum
• Lessons should reflect developmentally appropriate skills a logical sequence of topics and reasonable student assessments.
• Plan and execute classroom activities and routines that meet both individual students needs.
• Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues.
• Utilize data to inform instructional decisions.
