Linux Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator to manage maintain monitor and troubleshoot Linux servers and infrastructure. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems shell scripting networking system monitoring security and server administration.

• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot Linux servers.
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) CentOS Ubuntu or similar distributions.
• Monitor server performance CPU memory disk utilization and system health.
• Manage users groups permissions and access controls.
• Configure and manage file systems LVM RAID and storage.
• Install and manage software packages and system updates.
• Perform OS patching upgrades and security hardening.
• Troubleshoot system application network and performance issues.
• Manage services processes jobs and system resources.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS DHCP SSH FTP/SFTP HTTP/HTTPS services.
• Monitor system logs and investigate errors.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation.
• Configure and manage scheduled tasks using cron and at.
• Perform backup and recovery activities.
• Support high-availability and disaster-recovery environments.
• Implement security controls and follow infrastructure security standards.
• Participate in incident change and problem management.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
