Executes menu items with precision consistency and urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Core Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
Execute tickets accurately and efficiently.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Communicate clearly withkitchenteam during service.
Standards & Accountability
Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
Previous Line Cook experience; 1 years preferred.
Ability to work under pressure.
Food safety knowledge required.
Availability for nights weekends and peak-event shifts.
