On the job:

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
• Responsible for set up clean up and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
• Ensure attractive consistent presentations of food items
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• A high level of food safety processes and procedures.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables butchering meat or preparing sauces)
