Lucky Bastard Saloon line cooks should have experience working with a diverse menu in a high-volume kitchen .Our Heart of the House culinary team must have a passion for preparing outstanding quality food with a flare for plate presentation! Our other Heart of the House support team members are key to our success!

Applicants should have a strong knowledge of food safety be high-energy enthusiastic individuals who have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a cooking experience is highly preferred. Line cooks must have current food certification that meets state requirements.
