• Work the line or grill with speed consistency and attention to quality

• Prep fresh ingredients and keep stations clean organized and fully stocked

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

• Collaborate with the BOH team to keep service smooth and efficient

• Assist with closing duties to reset the kitchen for the next day

• Fast rewarding shifts our kitchen closes at 9pm on weekdays and 9:30pm on weekends so no late-night closings

• Work/life balance matters were closed Tuesday mornings and believe in reasonable hours
