Location: Shakopee MN
Pay: $21.20/hr
Shift: 6 am - 2 pm Monday - Friday
Employment Type: Full-time Trial to Hire

About this opportunity:
Weve partnered with a reputable food manufacturing company in Shakopee MN recognized for producing high-quality products in a clean safety-focused environment. They are seeking dependable individuals to join their production team as Line Attendants and Bakers in a long-term opportunity.

What youll be doing:
Work in assembly production and packaging areas placing and moving products throughout the production line according to specifications
Operate simple equipment including Start/Stop controls and safely clear line jams as needed
Perform in-process quality checks and report any quality or safety concerns to Operators Leads or Supervisors
Assist with mixing baking palletizing and other production-related tasks as assigned
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment while working on the production floor throughout the shift

What makes you a great fit:
Previous manufacturing production bakery or food production experience preferred
Able to stand for the entire shift and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds and move up to 25 pounds with equipment assistance
Comfortable working in varying temperatures including refrigerated and warm production environments
Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening upon accepting an offer
