As a Lincoln Service Manager you will lead a team dedicated to providing white-glove service maintaining OEM standards and driving operational excellence. If you thrive in a luxury and performance environment and have a passion for leadership we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop the Ford/Lincoln service team including advisors technicians and support staff.
• Ensure premium customer experiences through personalized service and proactive communication.
• Oversee daily operations workflow and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with Ford and Lincoln OEM standards warranty policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor KPIs budgets and financial performance to achieve department goals.
• Collaborate with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes training and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Bring

• 35 years of automotive service management experience (Ford or Lincoln experience strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems diagnostics and repair processes.
• Ability to manage budgets monitor KPIs and achieve financial targets.
• Proficiency with service management software.

• Valid drivers license
• Regularly required to:
• Sit stand and walk
• Use hands and arms to handle feel or reach
• Speak and hear
• Use close vision abilities
• Operate a vehicle with a valid drivers license
• Occasionally required to:
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Stoop kneel crouch or crawl
• Noise Level: Low to moderate
