Job Summary

Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2026-2027school year:

Lincoln Elementary School

Literacy Specialist

A valid Oregon Teaching License is required.

Reading endorsement or the ability to obtain
a reading endorsement is required.

  • Oversee and manage a school-wide system of academic supports for identified students in reading and math.
  • Contributes to the Core Four team (Principal Literacy Specialist Behavior Improvement Specialist Special Education teacher) that builds and supports a positive school culture
  • Serves as a building level Instructional coach
  • Promotes high levels of achievement for all students
  • Manages and Leads a team of Instructional Assistants
  • Plans facilitates and engages staff in professional development
  • Collects analyzes organizes and communicates out student data
  • Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.


Salary range: $56587-$99900
