THE JOB:
As a Dispatcher you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Update status of guest rooms
Process Rooms Control data and distribute rooms to Managers on all shifts
Receive and process rush room requests from the Front Desk and VIP Services
Receive requests from the Front Desk and VIP services by phone or computer printer for special requests from guests such as baby cribs bed boards irons hair dryers etc.
Receive and process requests from guests for turndown services extra towels etc. and forwards the request to the proper employee in the specific area
Run reports needed by Housekeeping Day and Swing shifts
Ensure that the Housekeeper Assistants report is completed in the morning and afternoon for distribution to the Assistant Hotel Manager
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Have a High School Diploma GED or equivalent
Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
Six(6)months of Hotel Status Board Operator experience - Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred
Experience in a similar resort setting - Preferred
