What Youll Do
Recruit screen and interview candidates for light industrial manufacturing warehouse and field-based positions
Source talent through job boards referrals social media and community outreach
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews onboarding and placement activities
Partner closely with clients and internal team members to fill open positions quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking

What Were Looking For
Previous recruiting staffing customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organized proactive and results-driven mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
