PositionSummary

Industrial Light EquipmentOperatorswill operateoneormoreconstructionequipment suchasbutnot limitedtobobcatsbulldozersexcavatorsfront-endloadersbackhoesrollersforkliftsandgradersto move earth and other materials. They will also be responsible for safety equipment inspections and possibly assisting with repairs. The position will be expected to assist other crafts in their down times which may include non-operating activities.

• Willinspectequipment.

• Willberesponsibleforallsafetyaspectsofoperatingtheequipment.

• Mayfollowsignaldirectionsfromasignalerinequipmentoperations.

• Willaccessareaofoperationsforsafetyissuesandprocessesanplanningofequipment operations.

RequiredQualifications

• Must have experience and knowledge of operating varies construction equipment including but notlimitedtoo:bobcatsbulldozersexcavatorsfront-endloadersbackhoesrollersRTforklift and graders.

• Musthavebasicmechanicalknowledgeandillustratetheabilitiestoinspectequipment.

• Mustbehaveknowledgeofandbefamiliarwithsoiltypes.

• Mustillustrateknowledgeofexcavatingandthespecificationsthatareforagiven excavation.

• Mustbeabletofollowinstructionscorrectly.

• Mustbereliableaccountableandconsistentinperformingadministrativeprocessessuchasbut not limited to equipment inspection paperwork.

• Mustbewillingandabletofollowallinstructedsafetyregulations.

• Mustbeabletomakeittoworkontimeandworkthedesignatedscheduleandanyovertimeas needed with the proper notification.

• ValidDriversLicense.
